On Sunday, Asha and I were en route to the zoo when friends asked us to meet them at the Naked Day in the Park fest, sponsored by Naked Juice and Core Power Yoga. So we headed to Grant Park instead to check out the festivities and freebies. I wasn’t dressed for it but it still ended up being a lot of fun ( I scored a free yoga mat for being one of the first 125 people to show up). It reminded me how much I miss yoga. It’s been over a year since I partook in regular classes but I was pleasantly surprised to know that I have not lost all my flexibility. I was a bit wobbly but overall it wasn’t bad considering I also had jeans on and a baby running all over me. Here are some pictures from our day out.
