Kiss v. Osculation

Word of the Day for Sunday, March 29, 2009 is osculation \os-kyuh-LAY-shuhn\, noun:  The act of kissing; also: a kiss.

In my head, the difference between the two:

Kiss

Osculation

Kiss

Osculation

  1. LOL…Sometimes, pictures speak louder than words. I think dictionaries should use mainly pictures as much as possible to define words…it is more descriptive that way.
