Red stalks and green leaves
on my windowsill,
Will soon be my belly fill.

  1. those leaves are a beautiful sight, so colorful … so glad you tried the grits/greens souffle and I do like your changes, even the coconut sounds so interesting – always like it when I see recipes cross cultural lines
