Motivation to Run.

Cherry Blossoms

I subscribe to way too many things via email. Word of the Day, Marketplace Money, Steep and cheap deals, Writer’s Almanac, GoAbroad, so on and so forth.

I also get these quotes everyday from Runner’s World as part of their “daily kick in the butt”…you know…inspirational stuff.
Most of the time it’s just whatever. I read and I forget.
But today’s quote was worth sharing.

“At first an ordeal and then an accomplishment, the daily run becomes a staple, like bread, or wine, a fine marriage, or air. It is also a free pass to friendship.”
