My goal was a sub 55:00. Didn’t quite get there but a personal best none the less. I like this distance A LOT. I feel like given a little more effort, I can improve a great deal. Perhaps a sub 50:00? Good reason to commence those track workouts ASAP.
Dev offered me his old Timex Ironman Triathlon watch. I’ve added a new battery and can’t believe I’ve run this far without this device. I can now record and report my splits. As you can see, I started of great, but fizzled somewhere after the 4th mile.

Congratulations to Steph and Jen who ran a sub 60:00 and achieved the qualifying time needed for the National Half Marathon on March 26, 2011.

I like this distance too! An hour is just about right for my attention span. :-P
