escargot eating in Paris

I change my mind too many times.
It took me over an hour to name this blog. And that’s just three words.
I can easily spend an eternity in front of my closet. I try on every single piece of clothing as a reassurance for my old jeans and shirt.
I read at least three books at any given time since I can never choose which one to read first.
And I’ve often gone to the gym, changed into my clothes, and walked right back out.

However, there is one thing that never changes. I wake up in the morning and there is no doubt in my mind about what I want for breakfast.
A bowl of plain whole grain oatmeal with a ripe banana mashed into it.
And as I eat my steaming bowl of what many define as gum paste, I feel certain that someday I’ll find something else that wont require a second (third, or fourth) thought.

Meantime, I want to keep trying new things without feeling guilty for changing my mind later. I hope this blog serves as a log of my attempts with new ideas and old passions. Because even if they don’t stick permanently, at least they’ll make a good story.

And yes…those are escargots and not a bowl of oatmeal.
